The trip, as reported in excellent descriptions in this URL , has a decidedly sci-hiking the first part, more 'that ski-mountaineering, and should be safe even when we have plenty of snow in recent days. Given the
, I extend an invitation to two intrepid snowshoeing and here are my companions (sorry the photo a bit 'fuzzy)
just disembarked from the car and walk to the top of the cart, still cleared of snow.

We are therefore below the summit on the western side, where the slope of hard snow and make interesting progression with Ski a little 'complicated. We decided that to remove them: Marco swears to have left the crampons in the car ... I will bless the aluminum crampons that weigh almost nothing (or not having them, and 'practically the same) but you can remove the hook in situations like this.

The descent to the valley and 'anyway satisfaction: the snow and 'perfect, warmed to perfection by the sun, just soft and smooth surface. To the wood and 'really gorgeous.

snowshoe two extremes, we have waited even though I had the barrel of the forecast recovery time ...
conclude the trip with a sandwich (the late hour does not allow us to go to the restaurant) at the exit of the Valle del Salto.
