Leave the car at the entrance of Knuttental, then go up the forest road to Knuttenalm (d. 1911), hence towards the Brunner hut and then up to the fork in the top right of the Kl. Albrechspitze (d. 2855). From here on the left almost to the ridge and climb to the summit in light. If conditions permit (as in these days), you can go directly to the south side of the mountain (about 37 ° slope).
